Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 August 2026
Aronic AI ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website, why, and what your rights are.
Who we are
Aronic AI is the data controller for the information collected through this website. You can contact us at hello@aronic.ai.
What we collect
When you use the "Get in touch" form or email us directly, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The content of your message
We do not collect any other personal data through this website. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools that identify individual visitors.
Why we collect it
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a potential partnership with you. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with any third party.
How it's sent and stored
When you submit the contact form, your message opens as a pre-filled email in your own email client, addressed to hello@aronic.ai. We do not store form submissions on our servers or in any database. Once sent, your message is stored only in our email inbox, in line with our own email provider's standard security practices.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain a record of the partnership discussion, typically no longer than 24 months, after which they are deleted unless there is an ongoing business relationship.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Withdraw consent to being contacted at any time
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled: ico.org.uk
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@aronic.ai.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
